Pay your bill online: How to get started

Customers can set up their profile online, via email or over the phone

Paying your bills shouldn’t be a hassle. That’s why this year, we at APD launched our new, online customer payment portal.

Now, you can pay your bill, online, anytime, anywhere — even when it's too cold to venture to the mailbox!

With this secure, payment portal you can pay three ways:

  • Bank Account (no additional fee)

  • Debit Card (no additional fee)

  • Credit Card (3% processing fee)

How to get started:

You can set up your online account by yourself by:

⚠️ Important: You will need the email and customer ID number associated with your account to self-register.

Will I still be able to pay my bill by mail/phone?

You can still pay by mail and by phone, if you choose. However, keep in mind you’ll be able to save a stamp or your time by paying your bill online.
